The market positive outlook for the euro zone economy and expectations of ECB's easing programme, has pushed euro money market rates slightly higher and reduced the interest rates differences between Denmark and the euro area, virtually making Danish assets marginally less attractive to investors. However, Danish Krone is supported by a stable expanding economy, a large current-account surplus and strong foreign demand for state-guaranteed Danish mortgage bonds, which over last years have been an attractive alternative to low-yield euro zone government bonds. So I believe in a further DKK appreciation vs USD.
